This UHF 1/4w whip antenna is fitted with a BNC male connector and is ideal to use on base stations that are in close proximity to a repeater or where only short range communications are required. It is adviseable to have the RF output power of the transmitter reduced to one watt or less to avoid excessive RF exposure.
